The Problematic of the Unproblematic

kakashi: Wait, what? Is there a new ship? JoAnne: I would not be averse to a sweet little row down a side stream, perhaps. What happens in a trial stays in a trial?

kakashi: A life without Baby Yoda in it is not a life worth living. JoAnne: I could not be LESS interested in Star Wars if I tried, but I have to watch this show for Baby Yoda. Trotwood: JO!! IS THAT YOU?!?!?! (rushing to hug you and hug you). Now I'm really crying. Please tell me you are back. We need you. The only Korean shows I've up to date on just made m cry and cry. Hardly anyone watches the other shows I watch. We need you. Okay, maybe just me. I need you! Hugging you back but apologizing nooooooo, no, not back, not really, just dropping in.  I'm not watching enough or even on time to be able to discuss anything, certainly not weekly.  Eventually, though! Panda: We miss you sooooo much Jo!!

kakashi: Ouf, some heavy tears in this episode - but also a new beginning. One trial down. JoAnne: Too sad. Too sad.

Trotwood: Where is everyone? Are people still traveling?  Panda: I have had a busy weekend bingeing The Office and also taking kids on birthday parties. I'm quite tired. kakashi: Teaching! So much teaching! And now I'm sick, the girl is too, vegetating in bed but thinking I need to go in this afternoon because of... teaching. I wanted to watch Royal Nirvana but I only got to minute 30 before I fell asleep last night. Blame the flu.

Chapter 6 - Leader of the Pack Kakashi was having a very pleasant dream. And because this was entirely new to him, he kept wondering what was going on, expecting either a surprise attack from behind the bushes or suspecting that he must have fallen prey to a very clever genjutsu. This managed to almost spoil the pleasantness, but while a part of him stayed alert and distrustful, the much bigger part gave in completely.

Trotwood: This week was the final countdown to Until We Meet Again , a drama that a group of us have been waiting for for nearly a year, so I'm completely behind in everything because I had to reread the novel and stock up on quality tissues (the kind with the lotion) (My mind went to a completely different dirty place with this comment... (smh) )  in preparation. kakashi: I'm actually really jealous. If only I had this level of excitement about any kind of drama. Panda: We need a drama to hook you K! SakiVI: I have no morning drama since Shady Mom-In-Law ended last week.  I am so sad.

Until We Meet Again : When SOOOOON Finally Became Now Hello, again readers. I have been once again asked by Kakashi to write something for the blog based on conversations she has seen on twitter, and this one is about a new Thai drama,  Until We Meet Again . See trailer . This has got to be one of the most anticipated Thai dramas of 2019!

kakashi: We can't have nice things for long. Jiu Chen can't stop smiling (dozens of little pancake smiles, d'awwwwwwwwz), me neither, but immediately after, death and family destruction loom. JoAnne:  The smiles are worth it.

Kakashi: WTF show! First fluffy white dogs, now innocent pet peach trees?! Leave our favorite things alone!! So many smiles though. JoAnne: We live for these smiles. It's sad about the trees, though.

kakashi: I'm travelling! I keep thinking I want to start Nokdu, but I don't really want to. Don't feel like watching anything, fml. I find this time of the year difficult. It's so dark and I feel the tooth of time (hope your teeth issues are resolved, Panda!!)

kakashi: The second life starts in earnest and Jiu Chen finds a way to weasel himself back into A'Mo's/Ling Xi's life... in a most endearing way. The little liar. JoAnne: How does he get better looking all the time?  Is it the smiles he just casually flings around in this arc? ((Bunny is taking a break, she'll be back soon!))
